iDryer Unit — flexibility and scalability for perfect filament drying!
Imagine this: you’re printing with PLA and Nylon at the same time. One needs just 55 °C, the other almost 90 °C.
The modular architecture of iDryer Unit solves this easily — each filament gets its own drying and storage conditions.
With the project you get:
Flexibility: one system controls multiple chambers, each with independent temperature and humidity settings.
Klipper integration: full monitoring and control directly in your Klipper host interface.
Scalability: one MCU module and up to three EXT expansions. Want to dry two, three, or even four spools at once? Just plug in the modules.
Ready-to-print CAD models: enclosures for one or two spools are included.
Usage scenarios:
Drying (DRYING): set the temperature and time, and the system will automatically bring your filament to optimal condition, then switch to storage or start the print — depending on your macros.
Storage (STORAGE): keeps humidity low and temperature safe so your filament is always print-ready.
Pre-configured macros: PLA, PETG, ABS, PA — select your material and start drying with a single click.
